Song's Dynasti

Liu Chuyu 

Known as Princess Shanyin, biological sister of Song's emperor, Liu Ziye. She's arrogant and very cautious in everything. She's abusing her brother affection in getting whatever she wants. She loves to keep beautiful man and accessories.

Liu Ziye

Song's emperor, he's very tyrannical and loves to kill anyone whom makes him annoyed. He's the biological brother of Princess Shanyin, Liu Chuyu, and only behave well around her. His personality are the result of his dark past. In reality, he's a naive and child a-like person.

Liu Yu

Uncle of Liu Chuyu and Liu Ziye. He's pretending to be crazy when Liu Ziye still alive as emperor and life as toys for Liu Ziye. He's actually more cruel and mad than his nephew, it's shown as he become the next emperor after the death of his nephew which is planned by him with the help of Tianji Tower.

Tian Rujing

Song's royal astrologer who never attracted to someone and claimed that he can see the future. His goal is to maintain 'heaven's will' and fullfil his teacher's duty. Later, he's wavering on maintain his goal and attracted to Princess Shanyin. However, jealousy has blinded him on choosing what his has to do for Song's Dynasti. 

Huan Yuan

Last generation of the early fallen dynasti before Song. He's talented in poet and have a calm personality. He's one of Princess Shanyin menke. At first, he's planning to rebel and assasinate the Princess. As the changes of Princess attitudes, later on he's fall in love with her. But, he decided not confessing his feeling and just stay by her side to protect her.

Mo Xiang

One of Princess Shanyin menke. He's rather misterious and often maintaining calm attitude. He actually hates the royal family because of his past. Also, he's one of Rong Zhi subordinates and works under Rong Zhi command. He's fall in love with Fen Dai.

Fen Dai 

Fellow spy of Zhu Que who disguised herself as Princess Shanyin's personal maid. Being with Zhu Que since little and consider her as sister. She's the mediator between Tianji's Master and Zhu Que. She's caring for Zhu Que very much and volunteered herself in change place of Zhu Que on assasinate the emperor. She's fall in love with Mo Xiang.

Hua Cuo

Hot blooded swordman who only listen to Rong Zhi words because Rong Zhi has saved his life. He consider Rong Zhi as his best friend and very loyal toward him. Later, he feel betrayed by him and try to hurt him back.

Wang Yizhi

Prince Langya, later be friend with Princess Shanyin. He's calm and cunning. Every man in Jiankang respected him. He's the one who figured out the real identity of Rong Zhi and give hints to Princess Shanyin several times.

Baili Liusang

The youngest menke in Princess manor. He's care for the Princess and always there to cheer her up. He has high sense of justice and bright personality. Later, he separated with the Princess while reunited with his sister.

Zhong Niannian

The most beautiful woman in Jiankang and adored by all man there. She's saved by Rong Zhi and works under his instruction. Later, he reunited with her brother and gets her freedom.

Liu Se

One of Princess Shanyin menke. He come from poor family, thus always behave to gain Princess's favor in order to rise his family rank.

He Ji

Prince consort of Princess Shanyin. He's sly and really hates Chuyu, but claimed to be in love with her once before Chuyu bringing menke in her manor. 

Yue Jian Fei

 Princess Shanyin's bodyguard and have duty to monitor her action. He's stoic and loyal to Princess. Due to Tian Rujing, his fellow disiciple from Mount Yunjin request, he betrayed the Princess and makes gap between Princess and Emperor relationship. Later, he regret his own action.

You Lan 

Princess Shanyin's personal maid. She's fall in love with Rong Zhi and helps him in many secret ways. She's always stand by Princess side, but actually she has her own motive.

Wuan Xiang Yuan

Empress Dowager of Song's Dynasti, also mother of Liu Chuyu and Liu Ziye. She's abandoning her own daughter (Liu Chuxiu) to be killed just for gaining power in palace. Later, she's fall ill because regreting her own decision.
