Set on Song's Dynasti

An organisation called Tianji Tower want to overturn the tyrannical emperor, Liu Ziye, by sending Zhu Que, their assasins to replace Princess Shanyin, Liu Chuyu, because of her face similiarity. In Princess manor she meets Rong Zhi, the most trusted and reliable menke, but turn out to be an enemy of Song's Dynasti. Later, she also learns her true identity. Their relationship is not good at first, but later their gaining each other's trust. Unfortunately, their relationship breaks because some misunderstanding. Rong Zhi then decides to fake his death for gaining Zhu Que's forgiveness, but somehow their loses their memories. [Episode 1-16]

Set on Wei's Dynasti

Song and Wei make peace alliances with the wedding of Song's Princess and Wei's Regent Prince, which is the amnesiac Rong Zhi and Zhu Que. At the same time, Rong Zhi is married with Ma Xue Yun, an only daughter of Ma Zhongliang, the most influential person on Wei's Dynasti. While Xue Yun fight over Rong Zhi's affection with Zhu Que, Rong Zhi continues to fight for power with his rival Prince Kang, Tuoba Yun. Their life will never be the same as before as the obstacles keep coming to test their trust and affection toward each other. [Episode 17-52]
